Route 25-2


The Routes The Routes go through quiet country roads to the west and north of Kingston for a distance of 30-40km at a pace of 20-22km/hour.

The specific route will be posted here a few days in advance.

*rides start at Bayridge Secondary School at 1059 Taylor-Kidd BLVD
*rides may be canceled up to 5pm on the day due to weather, etc. PLEASE check the calendar for any updates before you set out to ride.

Designated Regroup Locations
We will regroup at intersections and at turns. This is a no-drop ride!

Post Ride Refreshments
There may be a social after some rides.

Safety/Ride Preparation

Rider Responsibilities:

 

What to bring

  • Copy of the route (digital or print)

  • Cell phone (with "what3words" app)

  • Front and rear lights

  • Spare tube, pump and tool kit

  • Sufficient hydration and nutrition

  • Health card, document with your address and emergency contact info

How to ride

  • Communicate all movements, speed changes, and obstacles

  • Only pass on the left

  • Don’t overlap wheels

  • Obey all traffic laws
